Public Star Parties:

If you would like to arrange a private Star Party (Group Session) please contact the President of ASH.
 
We can hold a limited number of group star parties/tours for community groups (Scouts, Students, Church Groups, Hobby Groups, etc.) during the months March, April, May, September, October, and November. At our convenience and conditional upon available staffing, we may be able to schedule these events on Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. These events can also be scheduled during the daytime for safe observation of the Sun.
 
Requests for a Group Event at the Observatory must be made at least two months in advance. We do not charge a set fee for this service, but we request donations to help cover the costs of opening the observatory to the public.
 
You can bring your group to a scheduled public observing session with no prior arrangements. The observatory is open to the public every Sunday in June, July, and August (We do not arrange private star parties during these months.)
